No official roadmap, but on the basis of the now-defunct roadmap and developments since that time the following is a reasonable estimate- Ashlands, including fortress mode (whatever that turns out to be), and a new NPC and associated quests. Minibosses and some modest world-wide additions Frozen North plus a new "gimmick" associated with it (like fortress mode is for ashlands) and a new aquatic thing, but may not be a variant sea serpent, or at least not only a variant sea serpent. A few more NPCs. Added aquatic stuff that they can come up with which wont hose the pre-iron-age folks, which may be tricky given that they are pretty insistant that nothing is in "just because we could", so whatever they come up with both cant screw the bronze-age folks and must serve a purpose. One possibility is as the subjects of certain NPC quests, and/or as a source for a plains light armor set which is the one light armor set we're currently missing. No timelines for anything of course.
