They are ok. The middle mouse button attack is just the unarmed kick, which stuns...can be nice with the quick 2-hit combo of the flesh-rippers. Still, not that amazing overall as there are no lower or higher level versions of it. Also, don't use Frostner...until you fight Yagluth (who it is a decent weapon against) and start the Mistlands (where it is a good weapon). It is a terrible weapon in Mountains and Plains.
