Sure you need to be prepared but that’s literally the main theme of the whole game.

When you say that, it reminds me of the people who would complain about rushing.
And not been prepared, and kept falining.

I died way more because I run somewhere unprepared than being overrun by mob spawns.

When I go journey all I pack is spare armor and some stuff for portal and a workbench, build it when I find something move back, get my upgraded stuff and steamroll back via portal.

Works like a charm.
