Oh, I should add that even when it's not stuttering and hanging up completely, my FPS is visually garbage. 4k, 1440, 1080, settings, nothing matters.

I've done the hacks and config stuff suggested all over the intertubes. Nope. Still suck.

I freaking love this game. Please, please fix the FPS/stuttering. Please? Please.
