We have went every possible venue
uninstalled /reinstalled the server
checked the integrity
uninstalled /reinstalled on My end

I still get the turning hammer and the black connecting screen to end up to a failed to connect homepage.

I have the same problem tried all possible ways to fix the game but still cant do anything to fix it.
