I recently had a cool moment in the Black Forest:

I had just been seen by a pack of greydwarves. As they're charging me, one stops to throw a rock.

At that precise moment, a nearby crow that had roosted in between my character and the greydwarves decided to fly away. As he flies between us, he gets nailed by the thrown rock, exploding into a puff of feathers right in front of my face.

Thanks for the sacrifice, crow! I also didn't realize that birds were killable during flight. That could make for some pretty good bow practice!
