Sounds like there is more to this than what you wrote.

Edit: I see from your post history that you're most likely using mods. Which would explain the issue; this definitely sounds like a mod problem, unless dev commands were involved.

Yes I have mods but only Valheim Plus and am only using no death penalty mod as in I dont lose stats. Kinda ruined the game for me tbh I liked discovering stuff
