or bury workbenches around your base. raids only spawn outside radiuses of certain build. the bigger the radius, the farther they spawn and sometimes they dont, just as long as you stay inside the center of the circle

Last time i tired that my workbenches just broke, or do you mean, put some stone tiles on top of it.
