Players who have fully explored the map prior to new content will need to restart. I've seen a lot of "but what about if..." So I wanted to try to clear it up in detailed, but laymen's terms.

I appreciate it. Although, from what has been said before, it seemed that a fully explored map would only lock it from new content, meaning you'd be able to play in the old world but Mistlands, etc would still be empty and not updated with the new content.
