You need to use frost arrows. It helps with taking down seekers immensely. I'd also suggest the ooze bombs as a good stun/damage for them. It's no easy task solo but keeping your distance is key for sure. Use Dverger bases as a nice buffer if you get swarmed. They can fend off most of the seekers you'll come across or at least distract them while you get some hits in with them.
