nice find, its quite possible its not updated. As I recall, you would set a radius for the old mod, and then anytime you pushed the trigger button, all the deco in a radius around your character would be deleted. So I set it to a low radius and would stand on the thing I wanted deleted, lol. Probably broken if it wasn't working that way for you.
