you can add players to a ward, though adding new players to a bunch of wards you've probably buried around a larger base get's a little harder. The players you want to have permissions to the area just interact with the ward before the one who placed it down activates it (remove and replace the ward to reset it in order to remove players, if they arent willing to remove themselves).

I'll try that but I wonder how well it'll work if it's an alt character. I don't do MP. Just noticed if I used wards then my other character was locked out of the base.
