To me serious boar farming is best done away from your main base. Once you want to get a 2 star it is just much easier to set up an operation near where you find then connected by a portal than to try to drag it back you your main base. Also the boars will be much safer away from you, only being in danger when you are in their presence.

Agree... but the loose Boar..is it still the same 61% er?... can only think that it aggro'd and got in a corner and circus stacked over the wall (like lox) but..yeah prolly a glitch

We had one boar. The other one we kept in a different pen and it kept despawning because it wouldnt eat.
