They are missing 3 biomes.. ocean, fire and deep north. Like Druark said.. 18 months for MistLands. Now from what I understand the framework is already in place now for the other biomes including ocean so.. I'd say 8-12 months per release.. so yea 2-3 yeas.

Also, this is not including IF they decide to go back and touch up other aspects of the game which they did to Swamps.. and Mountain would be nice if they game Plains some love.. and maybe added some more build options.. little things to tide us over.
