probably noone created *whatever is required for it to work* yet, since it's not popular

it's pretty much implemented by every ISP at this point in the world, most don't force it though because most home users don't know how to setup ipv6 on their home routers or their router is so old it doesn't support it.

Seriously try explaining to non-tech people the following steps
Login to router (whats a router?)
Click WAN (why is it crying?)
Click enable IPv6 (I'm blind and can't see it)
Under settings click native (ahhhhh stop it with the nerd talk)
Under firewall click block incoming ipv6 (what gibberish are you speaking?)
