Sounds the the patch when they added cloud saves. You've been on the server at some point since that patch I assume?
I've been on a couple of servers (both hosted by the same company) that worked fine, and tried to log onto a couple of others that I couldnt get in to (Failed to connect), not sure if theyre hosted by the same or different companies
