Eh, I have only seen 1 so far, and it keeled right over with ye olde toxic bow & needle arrows with a little effort put into getting some cover from its attack.
So far the hardest thing I have met are the soldiers, which are mostly immune to archery (but not the arrow's damage effects) and are relentless.
