It sounds like that one is not worth the effort. Just leave it.

The key is to go in strong and concentrate on the body piles. Killing a Draugr will only spawn another one, so it's a zero sum game.

What I do when I see one is make sure I have good health. Walk up to it (so you keep stamina drain low) until you're about the range where they will start spawning, then run to the closest body pile, take it out, jump to the other one, take it out, then cleanup.

Going slow on those is not the way to go. You have to be aggressive or just leave them alone.
