I updated Bepinex after clean install. I just tried a new world. Configuration Manager doesn't work from start page using button. Only it and Clock were loaded. For some reason Bepinex is showing more mods than I have enabled, 4 vs 3. Bepinex show 1 plugin with no mods loaded (according to Vortex).
