Stamina adds nothing of value to the game other than frustration. It's never a challenge, it's either irrelevant or annoying. Most of the times it doesn't even make sense, why em I spending stamina to repair floor? How is the game made better by making me wait to put on another roof tile? It isn't being made better, that's the answer, it's a system that was added because "every survival game has one" even though that's not true and it doesn't even stop you from things you would expect a system like stamita to stop you from doing e.g. going across the ocean or climbing a 90 degree slope, it only serves to frustrate moment to moment gameplay with an obsolete yellow bar that for some reason still have people defending it because it forces you to "strategically jump" or some other BS excuse for this terrible system
