He seems to be a Ghost in the machine. For me Steam said cloud sync error. Now after 1 year i started to play it again. installed a few mods like Farming grid and better hud. Steam synced the save again, no error this time and Ragnar appeared. Could he be a pointy finger from the devs like U RE USING MODS? Would be very funny :D. I dunno if you used mods but i messed up my game a few times with outdated ones and had to restart at least 15 times or so till everything runs smooth like now. Ragnar is a mystery for me.
