Yes. It takes a fair bit of work. More than I care to explain here. Basically search how to set up a self-hosted dedicated Valheim server. Copy your world save (2 files, .db and .fwl) to the Valheim (not Valheim server) worlds_local folder on your server computer. Then when rewriting the start_headless_server.bat. reference that world in the world name (not server name) spot. Then rename the file as start.bat or myserver.bat or whatever, so it doesn't get overwritten when it gets patched.
