How big of a step up is the second boss? Which boss is considered the hardest if you fight it at "normal" equipment levels?

1st hardest: trees.
They are everywhere - and hit like a truck. They also cunningly aid other monsters by e.g. hiding a Deathsquito patrolling that Plains/Black Forest border...
2nd hardest: gravity.
Seriously. Try building without scaffolding while forgetting about food ;)
