I am finding that the skills are not working currently.. with a 40+ sprint it feels like my stam runs out as fast as it did at level 1 sprint pre-patch (pre-patch i could actually run for a bit before running out of stam) and all the weapon skills feel like they do nothing now. the damage from a level 8 skill player to a level 60 skill player using the same bow is only off by about 5 damage per shot. and testing the stam drain is the same between us as well. so i dont know if it is a bug. but the skills feel turned off.
