I've actually grown to like the Mistlands but only because of the Dvergers. I found a spot with a single tower and dock sticking straight out of the sea, in the mouth of a river/inlet. Next to it as you go inland is an open wood walled mining dig (first I've seen). A little further on where the water ends is a two story tower where I built a dock of my own. This backs onto some very steep terrain with another two story tower half way up. I'm in the process of building a castle right to the top.

So now I have a dverger town! I should point out I've used debugmode to drop a load of whisp lights as I really do hate that mist. But hey, single player, my way
