I had the same issue with a 2 star boar i tamed recently. Was showing fully tamed but still acting as if it were wild. I eventually got it to breed by boxing it in super close with another boar, it wouldn't breed like a normal tamed boar. After i got my first 2 star piglet, i killed the bugged boar. The 2 star piggy is behaving normally.

Yeah I've noticed that the 2-star boar child it created works as intended, so as soon as i get another baby i'll murder it with haste. Either that or let it run back to wherever it wants to go.
