Yes... I know EXACTLY what you are talking about... let me find the mod.... For the moment, recommend disabling any stamina mod, also any mod that changes point of view. Configuration Manager seems to be the determining factor for inventory and movement.... not sure why... Possibly key binding storage. If you are running SP, you should be able to update CM at this time. Remember to REMOVE THE PRIOR CONFIG FILES. If you are switching back to an older version of a mod (like if your MP server hasn't updated), make sure you remove the changes you have made.
