There are fewer building parts altogether then in some other games, but the building system is incredibly intuitive and fun to use. They spent a lot of time and polish on the building system, and compared to a lot of other games, it's very very very easy to use.

And there are creative ways to use even the basic parts to create incredibly detailed artistic builds.
