A dev weeks ago posted that there is a 6-9 month turn around between feature releases. So you're looking (very roughly) at -potentially- mistlands being between september and december of this year. I'd conservatively look towards the december side of the spectrum on that.

It'll come when it comes. There's no need to work yourself up/fret over it really.

If it really releases that late people will be pissed that it took a year and a half for 1 biome.
