Typically if I get a small unexpected/unexplained update like that I just assume it's some sort of Steam fart.

In this instance it's at least plausible that it's some additional food balancing stat changes or what have you. But it's still equally plausible sans notes that steam just decided to redownload a game file because random non game related Steam reasons.
