I would try to start dedicated and see what world it starts on
1) new?
2) one of the existing ones?

if 1) then just rename world you want to the name of this "new world" and replace it
next time you start dedicated it should use the correct world

if 2) then probably somewhere is API telling how to select world, you would need to find it
