This pillar is (was) within my walled plains farm. I had another pillar close and made a scaffold up a ways, started to pick it and was saddened to see it is composed of large faceted pieces, nothing nice and level, and cutting in anywhere causes areas far above and below to also disappear so great idea but wont work. Ah well, made nice piles of rocks.
