It's a first playthrough for me, so I don't know how many times I'm going to have to do that same chore over and over again of destroy rebuild, I would much rather have things
1. where I want them.
2. where they can actually work withing in the confines of the game.

It would be much more enjoyable if the pointless confines where lessened or removed.

They have added in a LOT of maintenance and weird requirements, like thatched roof tiles being required over wood for it to not rot in the rain, but rain still puts out fires unless they're completely enclosed, despite enclosure creating a smoke issue because they put that in too. I can't put a fire in a building because of realism, but a roof over a fire without walls won't stop rain from putting it out. There's this whole series of bizarre limitations that just don't need to be there and only serve to hinder building.
