By any objective measure it's not fine. Making player wait all the time for the simplest actions doesn't improve the game in any way, in fact it makes it worse.

For combat, running, fishing etc. the stamina is OK as it's a mechanic with a purpose other than just making players wait.

i dont know - i dont have issues even when farming i can handle the stamina well.
just stuffing stamina foods and here i go no big deal
