They update for Mistlands was about 18 months. Now with that they also released several other updates and they laid the foundation for the other 3 biomes.

With that being said it should be a lot easier to make the new content compared to Mistlands.

best guess was about 9-12 months since ML released. So now we are looking at probably Q4 this year to Q1 next year?

This is a guess though. Others might have a better idea.
