game has hardly any optimization (yet) + its unity , i dont even know if it does proper multi threaded /multi core operations, also it handles light sources awfully as well as struggling with the increasing clutter being persistent in your world the longer you play, (Clutter: objects placed, terrain being deformed and entities created in the item database). That said i think your VRAM is atrociously low.
