The Eitr-infused passive effect increase eitr regen by 100% but you can only see this effect if you type the command 'addstatus magerobes'.

Hmmm, you get plus 100% eiter Regen if you wear all mage robe items now. maybe they were thinking of doing it as a set bonus but then just split up the Regen bonuses between the armour pieces.
