Just from looking, my assumption is that the boss altars are a combination of _eventzone_boss_base plus the ones already mentioned. If you look at the prefab list at that link, both of those consist of multiple components. If you only got the trophy stones, you aren't doing what is required to generate all of the components. (Which would be out of my capacity as well at this time).
