On a server?

Although I did notice on my last game that bugged out... one base didn't seem to have the proper comfort level for all the items I had... not sure if something changed with H&H ?

Also noticed some ranges being odd on that save as well.
Started a new world and character and that seems ok for now.

And I am playing solo... that said though I have not noticed it taking much longer to register a change... that part made me think it sounded like a server issue.
