Sorry to continue the gardening tips here (I grow flowers for work lol) but try growing marigolds and geranium citronnella near your crops. They are generally good at keeping pests away.
Half filled beer can (entrance low to ground) for snails.
Try growing aphid resistant crops for a year if it happens often. Outside pesticide (not recommended) and bios like lady bugs, they aren't easy to eliminate.

In valheim, I just converted my floors to stone. only way I got rid of them. They also dont really grow on stone paths from what I've seen. May put cobble stone paths under house if you want a wood floor.
