On my side it's: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x, AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, 16GB of RAM and Gigabyte X570 GAMING X (to be thorough) and I get like 18 fps, sometimes goes up to 60 fps in less ''demanding'' area, but as soon as I start fighting with alot of VFX, goes back down to 11-20fps. I even had full on crashes that made me lose some rare stuff since the game couldn't save my character before the crash. My drivers are up to date, I use Vulkan and switching between 1080P , 1440P, 4K and lowering or raising graphical settings barely affect the performance.
