This right here. Devs had a solid roadmap and that was the reason it was so highly supported. Then after the success that roadmap completely fell through and forgotten.
you realise with millions of sales comes thousands of bugs that need to be fixed and of course dealing with players posting bugs in wrong sections and wording them like "game broken doesn't work" not to mention just because some of us were lucky and our games ran well doesn't mean everyone's did, should the devs have left those peoples games broken? just so you guys can get an update faster? thats rather selfish thinking if you ask me.
...and let me guess they should have used that money they made to hired 100 new staff members right? it's not like the world has been going through anything, interviews and hiring is as easy as ever right? and it takes no time at all to catch new coders and desginers up on the project right????

Modders are adding more content in a fraction of the time. Maybe they should have hired the 2 new members from the modders.

Yes modders have but they only work on small areas of the game, they also don't have to fix thousands of bugs across all the code and none of the mods i have seen are total conversions not to mention the valheim devs have done almost all the heavy lifting in making their game compatible with different OS / drivers / hardware etc. Modders are important to the gaming community but to compare their work list with that of the dev of "this game" is more than unfair.
