If they want people to stop complaining they need to be more transparent with what they're doing. All we get is a screenshot once every month and saying they're working on it. Well if they had any confidence in the work they've made, surely we could get a decent sneak peek?

Lacking this confidence is starting to worry me that there are major development issues they're being hush hush about. Most likely conflict with project leads, we already had hints of that before with the director not even wanting sailing early on in development.
