Hearth and Home did roll out. It added a new food system, some changes to blocking, new build pieces and a new critter in the plains. More back end stuff than front end content, but it needed to be done. There's a new swamp monster and a new swamp light armor set. Mistlands is in active development now, so give it a few months and we'll see what happens there.

So yes, a couple of them did roll out, but the game is still far from finished.
