Mate, the First Amendment's only purpose is to codify that it is not illegal to speak. This is still a privately owned and operated service and you are being shown the door.

I have an account that grants me access to a service so long as i check the boxes. That doesnt mean I get to say and do what i want 24/7 but I do have a right to come in here and voice a concern. When I say "right" i dont mean the United States constitution and I dont understand how you could even make that confusion. This isnt a lawsuit we're simply expressing our concerns on a platform that allows us to do so. This is one of those concerns.
