Just keep the instances below 10k when building and you should be fine, knowing this u can plan accordingly. Early access game will have some issues that will need time for devs to get into and work out a way to allow bigger builds. hopefully cities will be doable at some point. I personally have 3 large bases in 3 different biomes all around 7kish with no fps issues at all.
