Not helpful, why bothering replying ? Low tier weapons are not effective at all on end-game targets ( such as golem )

Because that's essentially what you're asking for, that weapons take longer to kill something. Purposefully using less than a fully upgraded weapon will have the same effect. Start by swearing off weapon upgrades and work your way backwards.
