It takes time to make a game, they are now a team of 10 (from 3 a year ago).
Even with money you can't just snap your fingers and have things magically done.
Sure they could of hired more, but the work that is produced might suffer by rushing things and not working towards the vision of the game.
Go onto youtube and watch the fireside chat and it explains better than I can.
I would rather wait a little longer than have more content that is just copy/paste of stuff we already have or is just not thought out.
