For at least some people H&H and Frost Caves wouldn't be enough content to revisit, especially if it meant new world or unsupported mods to update world.

im aware that smaller update may not bring alot of players back to the game. players coming back was not my point

doesnt change the fact that any update that brings content big or small is still a real content update.

mistlands is the first major content update its not how ever the first real content update.
