If you have T3 or T4 Bronze armor, T3 or T4 bronze mace, and some quality foods, carrot soup or turnip stew and two other meats, there is no reason you can't run into a room and tank that pile down and anything else that has spawned including blobs ( given you have a poison resist mead up befor hand). The only thing that might give you any trouble is an elite. Even then if you have heal meads it no problem.

And if you get very lucky, an Elite will drop an Elite trophy, which is needed to make the iron sledgehammer
